Is there a minimum order quantity

Our minimum order quantity is designed to ensure safe and efficient delivery. Customers are required to order a minimum of three bottles for standard wine purchases. This helps protect the wines during transit and supports a more sustainable shipping process. Some products such as glasses, gift packs, cans, and bundled items, are exempt from the minimum order requirement.

MAXIMUM ORDER WEIGHT

To ensure orders are delivered safely and handled with care, a maximum order weight of 22 kg currently applies at checkout. This is roughly equivalent to 18 bottles or three 24-pack cases of cans. If your cart exceeds this limit, you may see an error when trying to complete your order.

Do I need to be of a certain age to order from your online cellar door?

Yes, you must be of legal drinking age, which is 18 years in Australia, to purchase wines from our online cellar door. Age verification checks are in place upon entry to our website to ensure compliance with legal requirements. Additionally, a signature and proof of age verification are required at the time of delivery to confirm that the recipient is of legal drinking age. How do i Place an order on your website?

To place an order:

  • Browse our selection of wines and add your desired bottles and/or gift packs to your cart.
  • Proceed to checkout when you’re ready.
  • Enter your delivery information at checkout.
  • Click ‘Place Order’ and you will be redirected to complete your payment information.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your payment is processed.

What are your shipping rates and how are they calculated?

Shipping costs are determined by the weight of your order and the delivery location. We work with Australia Post to ensure your wines are delivered safely and promptly. The total shipping fee will be calculated and shown at checkout before you place your order. We also offer free shipping on orders over $250, this will be automatically applied at checkout.

How long will my delivery take?

Delivery times vary based on your location. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Mildura within 1-3 business days, with delivery typically taking an additional 3-10 business days. If you require your order by a specific date, please contact us at enquiries@zilziewines.com to discuss potential timeframes. Please note that dispatches are not made on weekends or public holidays.

How are the wines packaged for delivery?

We take great pride in ensuring that your wine arrives in perfect condition. Each bottle is secured in protective packaging designed to withstand transit. Our packaging is also eco-friendly, in line with our commitment to sustainability. How can i use a discount code? 

If you have a discount code, you can apply it on the ‘Cart’ or ‘Checkout’ pages. Should you encounter any issues, please contact us at enquiries@zilziewines.com. New subscribers to our mailing list currently receive a 10% discount on their first order. Sign up to receive this offer and stay informed about additional promotions through our email newsletter.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, our shipping services are available only within Australia.

Return policy

We’re dedicated to delivering exceptional wines that brighten your day. If, however, your order arrives less than perfect due to damage, defects, or doesn’t meet our promised quality standards, please contact us within 7 days of your delivery at enquiries@zilziewines.com. Our customer care team will promptly assist you to organise a replacement or refund.

 

Please note; we currently do not accept exchanges unless in the case of damaged or defective products. We only accept returns for orders placed through our online cellar door at www.zilziewines.com. Wines purchased elsewhere are subject to the return policy of the place of purchase.
