The terms and conditions for the Red Hot Summer Tour 2024 Ticket Giveaway, hosted by Zilzie Wines, are listed below.

NO PURCHASE OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER, WIN OR CLAIM A PRIZE. PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

ZILZIE WINES IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TRAVEL EXPENSES RELATED TO ATTENDING THE RED HOT SUMMER TOUR BELLA VISTA EVENT INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO TRAVEL, PARKING, HOTEL OR FOOD AND BEVERAGE EXPENSES. 

Winners will be contacted directly and published online at www.zilziewines.com/sweepstakes by the 20th February 2024.

1. Eligibility:

• This giveaway is open only to legal residents of Australia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
• Employees of Zilzie Wines, those involved in the conduct of the Sweepstakes or determining the winner, and anyone associated with a benefiting business, their immediate family members and those persons living in the same household whether or not related, are not eligible to participate.

2. Agreement to Rules:

• By participating, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Zilzie Wines, which are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway.
• Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

3. Giveaway Period:

• Entries will be accepted through Facebook starting on 1st February 2024 and ending on 14th February 2024, 11:59 pm AEDT.

4. How to Enter:

• The giveaway must be entered by following @zilziewines on Facebook and tagging a friend in your comment on the original promotional post.
• Only comments on the original post will be eligible for entry; comments on shared versions of the post or direct messages will not be considered. This ensures fairness, as Zilzie Wines may not have visibility of comments on personal profiles.
• Multiple entries are allowed, with each entry requiring a separate comment.
• No purchase is necessary to enter or win the giveaway.

5. Prizes:

• Two (2) winners will each receive two (2) General Admission (18+ Years Only) Tickets to the Red Hot Summer Tour Bella Vista event on Sunday March 3rd, 2024. The tickets will be delivered to the winners and must be signed for upon delivery, with proof of age required. Zilzie Wines will also request winners to provide proof of identification for themselves and their guest prior to the tickets being posted.The approximate retail value (ARV) of each individual ticket is $149.90 each
• Both the winner and their accompanying guest must be over the age of 18 to claim the prize. Proof of age will be required for both individuals.
• Three (3) additional winners will each receive a 6-pack of mixed Zilzie Wines. These wine prizes will be delivered to the winners and must be signed for with proof of age upon delivery. The approximate retail value (ARV) of each mixed pack of Zilzie Wine is $78.00 AUD.
• The total prize pool for this Sweepstake is $833.60 AUD.
• Please note that the prize comprises only the items explicitly listed above. All other costs and expenses related to prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the prize winners. This includes, but is not limited to, any and all expenses related to travel, accommodation, meals, beverages, insurance, transport, and other costs incurred by the winners in claiming or using the prize.
• Prizes are non-transferable and no cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted.
• Zilzie Wines is not liable for any prize once it has been collected or delivered to the winner. Responsibility for any lost, stolen, or damaged prizes rests solely with the winner from the point of collection or delivery.
• Prizes are designated for the Red Hot Summer Tour Bella Vista event on March 3rd, 2024, and cannot be exchanged or used for any other Red Hot Summer Tour events or any events hosted by Face to Face Touring.
• If the Red Hot Summer Tour event is cancelled or postponed, Zilzie Wines reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of comparable value. The nature of the alternative prize will be at Zilzie Wines’ sole discretion and subject to availability, with any changes communicated to the affected prize winners as soon as practicable.
• Limits on the number of prizes permitted per person: One prize per person.

6. Winner Selection and Notification:

• Winners will be selected by a random drawing conducted by Zilzie Wines on 15th February 2024 at 10:00 am AEDT and notified via direct message on Facebook on 15th February 2024 by 11:59 pm AEDT.
• To claim the prize, winners must acknowledge their acceptance and confirm necessary personal details for prize collection within 48 hours of notification. If a winner refuses the prize, does not respond within this timeframe, cannot confirm their details, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, they will forfeit the prize. In such cases, Zilzie Wines may select an alternate winner from the remaining entries.
• The names and details of the winners, suitable for prize confirmation and public transparency, will be published on www.zilziewines.com/sweepstakes. By participating in the contest, entrants consent to this publication.

7. Conditions of Prize Acceptance and Venue Conduct

• Age Requirement: Winners and their guests must be 18 years or older to be eligible for the prize. They must abide by all venue and event policies, as outlined on the Red Hot Summer Tour website https://www.redhotsummertour.com.au/_files/ugd/29293b_075410f61bfd46679211e80da6effe6c.pdf. This includes the requirement to present a valid photo ID at the venue for age verification and identification purposes upon request.
• Conduct and Compliance: Red Hot Summer Tour Bella Vista venue/festival personnel reserve the right to revoke the full or partial prize from any winner or winner’s guest who is deemed, at their discretion, to be intoxicated, a safety risk, in violation of any venue/festival policy or law, or potentially bringing Face to Face Touring into disrepute. Actions that harm the reputation or image of Face to Face Touring or the Red Hot Summer Tour festival are not permitted. Additionally, the resale of festival tickets is strictly prohibited.

8. Dispute Resolution:

• Any disputes regarding the promotion or claiming a prize will be resolved by Zilzie Wines at their discretion.

9. Terms & General Conditions:

• Zilzie Wines retains the authority to, adjust, or temporarily suspend the giveaway if circumstances arise that are beyond Zilzie Wines’ control and could compromise the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the promotion. Such circumstances may include but are not limited to the presence of viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or fraudulent activities.
• Zilzie Wines will not be liable for any entry submission failures or delays caused by technical malfunctions, including but not limited to, issues with hardware, software, internet browsers, or network failures, either at the entrant’s end or due to problems at the Zilzie Wines servers.

10. Limitations on Liability:

• By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Zilzie Wines, Facebook, Meta, Face to Face Touring, or Red Hot Summer Tour from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from participation in the giveaway or use/misuse of any prize awarded.

11. Privacy and Use of Personal Information:

• Any personal details collected during the course of the giveaway will be used solely for the purposes of administering the giveaway and awarding the prizes. Personal details will only be requested by Zilzie Wines from the winners to complete the awarding of prizes.
• The names and details of the winners, suitable for prize confirmation and public transparency, will be published on https://www.zilziewines.com/sweepstakes. By participating in the contest, entrants consent to this publication. This is to ensure transparency in the conduct of the giveaway and to provide public confirmation of the legitimate awarding of prizes.
• Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Zilzie Wines website, which can be found at https://www.zilziewines.com/privacy-policy/.
• Participants are assured that their information will not be used for any other purpose without their consent, nor will it be shared with any third parties, except as necessary for the administration of the giveaway.

12. Warning Against Fraudulent Practices:

• Winners will only be contacted by the official @ZilzieWines Facebook profile. We will never ask for payments, bank details, or any other financial information as part of the giveaway.
• Participants should be cautious of any fraudulent messages or requests and report any suspicious activity to Zilzie Wines directly.
• If participants are contacted by any account other than the official @ZilzieWines Facebook account or asked for payment or sensitive personal information, they should consider it fraudulent and contact Zilzie Wines immediately.
