The fruit was harvested when the temperature was coolest to retain maximum flavour and freshness. The juice was cool fermented in stainless steel with a neutral yeast strain to bring out the inherent varietal flavours. The wine was held on yeast lees to preserve freshness and soften, then bottled with a refreshing bubbly spritz.

Introducing Selection 23 Breeze – a lighter twist on our beloved Selection 23 wines. Designed for those who prefer a lower-alcohol option, ‘Breeze’ delivers the same flavour and quality you love, with a refreshingly lighter feel.*
We begin by crafting a full-strength wine, carefully selecting parcels with intense aromas and flavours. Then, we gently reduce the alcohol to the desired level of 8.0-9.5%, without using heat or harsh processes that might compromise the wine. This allows the aromas and flavours to truly shine.
The Selection 23 Breeze range looks, smells, and tastes just like wine should, but in a lighter, more delicate style – offering a relaxed, enjoyable sip, perfect for any time of day or night.
