The Zilzie BTW Cuvée Blanc pairs perfectly with dishes like crispy tempura vegetables with miso dipping sauce, battered fish and chips with tartare, or chicken piccata with lemon caper sauce.
The grapes were harvested in the cool of the night to preserve freshness and retain maximum flavour. The juice was cool fermented in stainless steel with a neutral yeast strain to bring out the inherent varietal flavours. The wine was held on yeast lees to preserve freshness and soften, then bottled with a refreshing bubbly spritz.
